The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

Delivery Times

• Guaranteed same day delivery Monday to Friday if ordered by 11am 

• No specified time deliveries can be made with the exception of funeral deliveries which we will endeavour to deliver for the service time if sufficient time is given.

• Business address deliveries shall be delivered by 5pm Monday to Friday, by 3pm Saturdays.

• Home address deliveries shall be delivered by 6pm Monday to Friday, by 5pm on Saturdays

• Saturday and Sunday deliveries available but must be organised 24-48hrs minimum in advance - please call to check availability  

• Valentine's Day Deliveries are as follows: All Valentine's Day orders for delivery on Valentine's Day must be ordered by close of business the day prior to Valentine's day. No speciific time deliveries can be made on Valentine's Day.

• No deliveries can be guaranteed if client does not supply full & correct name of recipient (including surname), correct name of business (if applicable), full & correct address of recipient, a contact telephone number for the recipient. Bloomin' Marvellous reserves the right to charge our client an additional delivery charge if we have a failed attempt to deliver the order due to incomplete information supplied by our client and we are required to redeliver the order. Bloomin' Marvellous shall contact our client by telephone or email if delivery is unable to made for further instructions.

• Bloomin' Marvellous or our partners reserve the right to effect a doorstep delivery in the event that the recipient is not at home. In this event we shall leave the delivery in a safe area, being out of the weather/sun and in a location not obvious from outside the property. . 

Refunds & Returns

• Many factors affect the quality and longevity of flowers. Flowers being a natural and perishable product are affected by environmental conditions especially extreme heat, or pronounced changes in climate. Different flower types have different lengths of vase life, and differ in vase life according to the time of year, climatic conditions and flower care provided. Flowers are also unique, with some blooms opening fully whilst others not opening at all. This does not reflect on the quality of the flowers. Bloomin' Marvellous and our partners shall at all times endeavour to supply the best quality flowers available. Most flowers should last between 3 - 7 days depending on the above conditions.

• We reserve the right to substitute any flowers in arrangements where availability of certain flowers are not possible due to seasonal conditions, lack of quality and colour, keeping in mind the look and style of the arrangement requested. Arrangements with a single type of flower (ie Roses) shall not be substituted, but we shall consult with our client by email or telephone for further instructions.

• We may provide flowers which are open, are still in bud or a combination of both. (Flowers in bud will have a longer vase life)

• Bloomin' Marvellous will gladly replace flowers which have perished within 2 days of delivery with a new lot of flowers, provided we can be satisfied that the care instructions (supplied with flowers) have been adhered to. Further we may request that the original flowers be available for return so we may assess them.

• Bloomin' Marvellous cannot replace flowers purely because the recipient does not like the type/colour of flowers or the style of the arrangement that has been ordered by our client.

Cancellation of Orders

• Cancellation of orders is permitted up to 12 hours prior to the date of delivery. An administrative fee of AUS$10.00 shall be deducted from the refunded amount. All refunds shall be issued against the credit card used for the original transaction.

• We are unable to cancel orders within 12 hours of the delivery date, but may be able to hold orders in store for collection or redirected to an alternate address if possible. (Note: redirection may only be possible if the new address can be serviced from the original delivery location and notification is received prior to the original delivery having commenced)

Privacy & Security

• Bloomin' Marvellous does not make available our clients personal information to any third party except as required by Australian law. This includes names, addresses, telephone numbers, email address and credit card details.

• For your privacy and security we provide secure communications. Secure communications means that information you provide such as your name and credit card number is encrypted so it cannot be read or intercepted by other people.
